30-11-2008, Canada Thank you for such a wonderful stay. You are a gracious host. We love the apt. and the city. All the best
25-11-2008, Dublin - Ireland Cod. 067 Campo de' Fiori - Vicolo delle Grotte Bernard, mille grazie per tutto. L'appartamento era ottimo, e la posizione era perfetta. The apartment was very well equipped ( maybe an iron and ironing board would seal the perfection? ) and that Bernard very thoughtfully came round on Sunday to turn on the heating as he was concerned we might be cold. We would happily recommend the apartment to any of our friends coming to Rome. The location is superb. We walked everywhere - Colosseum, St Peters, Museo Borghese, Piazza del Populo, Trevi Fountain etc and only took a taxi to the catacombs and Via Antica Appia. There are plenty of good restaurants and enotecas in the Campo dei Fiori area and we never ate more than 10 minutes from home. We'll be back!
22-11-2008, Munich - Germany Cod. 099 Prati - Piazza Risorgimento (2) Ideally situated, nicely + comfortably furnished and equipped and with good taste! We appreciated the hospitality (tea and coffee facilities).

Definitely highly recommended, thanks for helping make our stay in Roma a wonderful one. |
17-11-2008, USA and Japan Cod. 085 Testaccio - Porta Portese This is the place which enables you to experience Rome, not only as a visitor, but also as a local. A fresh market, supermarkets, restaurants and gelato shops are nearby. A park where neighbors spend their time in the evening is a block away. The apartment is conveniently located, one minute away from a bus stop (Emporio) on a lively street. Across the river, there is Trastevere with quaint streets and abundance of restaurants.

21-10-2008, Minnesota - USA Hello, We recently stayed at this apartment and it fit our needs perfectly. Carla answered many questions about Rome. My luggage was lost and Carla was very helpful in calling the airlines to assist in getting my luggage delivered to the apartment. With the market so close we did a lot of our own cooking and had a very relaxed vacation. The apartment has a lot of room and with two bathrooms we could really spread out. Thank you Carla also for the cake and fresh fruit when we arrived. After a long flight that was truely enjoyed. I would stay here again on my next visit to Rome.
20-10-2008, USA Cod. 080 Saint Peter - Station We could not have stayed in a better B&B with a more kind host! Our stay with Gene R. made our introduction to Rome a very welcoming one. The apartment is located in a nice residential area very near St Peter's - it does not feel at all touristy. The view of St Peter's is stunning. Gene knows all the ins and outs of buses, local restaurants, when to see what museum and is generally a wonderful conversationalist - we enjoyed his company as much as we enjoyed exploring Rome. His breakfasts are of the highest quality we have had at any B&B and they are made with great care. We recommend his B&B very highly and would stay with him again in the future
20-10-2008, France Cod. 026 Auditorium - Flaminio We enjoy very much our stay at the b&b 026. Our hostess Cristiana was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast she prepared made us feel like home! The bedroom was very convenient and pleasant and we did appreciate the residence which was typical and quiet. The location was close to the tram. We also would like to thank the b&b association of rome for their help. Next time we come to Rome, we will definitely stay there. Best regards.

15-10-2008, Qatar Cod. 031 Stazione Trastevere (B) We just arrived home. We had a very good stay in your apartment. One good thing about staying in an apartment is we are able to prepare our food and save money. Mrs Ada was very helpful, she helped us book our transport to the airport. Again, thank you very much
15-10-2008, Malaysia Cod. 080 Saint Peter - Station Gene is an excellent host. He gave us lots of excellent advice, make our visit and stay in Rome so much easier. Definitely will recommend to others
15-10-2008, Fremont - USA I just wanted to take a minute express our satisfaction with these accommodations. They were wonderful, and Anna was a gracious host. There were 3 couples traveling together, so we had the whole place to ourselves, perfect. It is a nice location with several good restaurant in easy walking distance. The rooms are large and very nicely decorated, and comfortable. Anna was very helpful. We really felt like this place was our home away from home.
15-10-2008, Stockholm Cod. 034 Balduina - Alta Loyola University (B) Allt gick bra i Rom och signora G. var trevlig som du sa. Hon var både hjälpsam, vänlig och diskret. Så vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

09-10-2008, Illinois - USA Cod. 074 Trastevere - Porta Portese My wife and I stayed for three nights with Anna Maria E. in a magical place. We had our own apartment in a backyard with a goldfish pond, a little breakfast area and an extremely comfortable bed. The ambiance was incredibly peaceful and restful, and our hostess was unfailingly polite and really took care to see that we had everything we needed. Her breakfasts were absolutely wonderful. We were only steps from a major train station from which you could get to anywhere in Rome, so it was also extremely convenient. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast!
08-10-2008, USA Cod. 094 Testaccio - Lungotevere I just want to thank you for the great experience we had in Rome at Signore C.'s apartment. It was a great place and the people we shared the apartment with were great. We hated to leave, had walked all over Rome in 24 hrs and can't wait to return. One of my favorite cities! Told everyone about your service. Grazie tanti.
07-10-2008, Otterup, Denmark Thanks a lot for your great help finding our accomodation in Rome. It was indeed excellent and very friendly service.
06-10-2008, Nova Scotia, CANADA Cod. 080 Saint Peter - Station We just returned home today from our wonderful Rome, Turkey and Greece trip! We are tired but, not so that we cannot take the time to let you know that we could not have wished for a nicer B&B for our first experience. The location (a pleasant 5 min walk to the Vatican and a 10 min walk to the train station) for our stay in beautiful Rome was perfect for us. Gene R. was such a generous and kind host to us. His breakfast meals including his special blends of morning coffee and teas were delightful! We are happy to recommend this very clean and spacious B&B to anyone seeking to enjoy Rome in a safe and clean environment. We would be pleased to have you add our comment to your site. Again, many thanks to the B&B Association of Rome for your assistance in finding this little gem called Gene's B&B for us!
30-09-2008, UK My stay in Laurentina was beautiful, the lady who runs the B&B is warm, kind and generous. The place was clean and the view was great. The area is quiet and safe. I would stay here again anytime I visit Rome, it was worth it!
28-09-2008, USA We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed the coolness of the air conditioned apt! We had everything we needed for easy dinners in the evenings and felt at home in this spacious and accommodation space.
26-09-2008, maryland - USA Cod. 094 Testaccio - Lungotevere Just a word to say thank you for the assistance with our accommodation in Rome. Maurizio C. made our stay in Italy memorable! He was the nicest person we met while visiting the country. Venice and Florence were lovely yet when we returned to Roma we felt as if we were returning home! He was there to greet us on our return and always made himself available by phone to answer any questions. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The shower has fantastic water pressure. There were nice cotton robes for our use and the kitchen was stocked with coffee, milk, yogurt and various cereals and biscuits. Admittedly on the outside the building was not what we had expected, but once we went through the entrance, there was a lovely courtyard. There was an extremely friendly concierge…Francesco … he didn’t speak English and my Italian was out of a book yet we conversed and he would ask of our day and our journey and was there to wish us a bon voyage on our departure. Mr. C. was most kind in offering us a map upon our arrival and took time to learn about us and what we would like to do in Rome…His advises included tourist destinations yet also 3 fantastic local restaurants. We did not have opportunity to phone and thank him for all his kindnesses and hospitality as we left very early. If you happen to speak with him, please convey our warm thank you and let him know we include him in our prayers. All the very best,
26-09-2008, Toronto, Canada Cod. 006 Villa Pamphili - Piccolomini Having stayed at many B&B's across the world, the Piccolomini was a true B&B that catered to the highest standards. The host, Stefano, was always on hand and available to help out with any tourist needs. He is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. The location is within walking distance to the Vatican and situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is an excellent pizzeria right on the corner and good neighborhood restaurants nearby. A short bus ride and you are in the centre of Rome but this can also be easily walked to from the B&B in a half hour. Although I stayed in the single room which had an immaculate modern bathroom that was comfortable and serviced all my needs, I would upgrade next time to the bedroom with the outside terrace. Breakfast included great granola and awesome espresso. (The espresso machine is available 24h and communal to all). For yoga enthusiasts - there is a Bikram Yoga studio that is a 15 minute walk away. I highly recommend this B&B and will be back next time when in Rome. Thanks Stefano for your hospitality and to the Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome for a great informative website and making the process easy in booking accommodations.
22-09-2008, Florida, USA We found the apartment to be just what we wanted. It is lovely and very well equipped. The street market around the corner is both fun and has delicious produce. Using Carla's driver Michele was a good way to come in from the airport.
22-09-2008, Brisbane, Australia Cod. 019 Domus Aurea - S. Martino ai Monti We are just home from our wonderful holiday in Italy, and I wanted to thank you for your help in arranging our apartment accommodation in Rome. We stayed at apartment Cod. 019 Santa Maria Maggiore - Martino ai Monti - it was perfect. Our host was wonderfully welcoming, and had thoughtfully provided interesting walking guides in English which were well used and much appreciated. She spent some time orientating us, and we confidently set out on our first exploration of the sites of ancient Rome that afternoon - we were so close to everything, it was great. We were travelling with two young teens - being able to return to the apartment and have comfortable space for all of us to write, read or reflect in charming bed rooms - or come together in the comfortable living space- made the trip a very happy one. The apartment was attractively furnished and well set out, it was so lovely and cool in the heat of the Roman August, and very quiet as well. The security was excellent as well. Very convienient to the major tourist sites - we walked everywhere; and a good quality supermarket - we cooked most meals here as the kitchen was well equipped. Perhaps the most fun we had was the afternoon spent in the parks around the Villa Medici - beautiful views across the rooftops of Rome, great fun renting bikes and exploring the grottos, fountains and parklands.
16-09-2008, USA Cod. 052 Testaccio - Luca della Robbia If you would be so kind, I had to leave quite early on my last day in Rome, and was not able to thank my host for hospitality. Though we did not really have a common language to converse in, and I was out of the house most of the time, I did want you/her to know how much I appreciated such a nice accommodation at such a reasonable price. This was a tremendous value: The host was very kind and accommodating. The room was larger than I expected, with a courtyard view, and the modern, very clean, in-suite bathroom was much larger than I expected. This is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood for those wanting to live as the Italians do. There are several good restaurants within a block or two, a lovely park, a wide variety of local shops, and transportation is easy as the the metro and train stations are a
28-08-2008, Kibbutz Gvulot - Israele Cod. 046 Aurelio - Piazza Irnerio Now that I am back from my Italian trip, I'd like to express my high appreciation for the B&B 046 accomodation (Piazza Irnerio, Rome) which you helped us opt for while we were in Rome. It's been a nice and tidy apartment which met all our needs and expectations. Our host Marcello and his mate / partner Giuseppe are wonderful guys, who did everything possible to make our stay there most enjoyable. I guess that if I come to Rome again, this would almost certainly be my first priority option.
20-08-2008, Connecticut - USA Cod. 080 Saint Peter - Station Gene has been a gracious and informative host. His knowledge of Rome and his willingness to share what knows has been very helpful. We appreciated his excellent breakfast, entertaining and friendly cats, and peaceful ambiance. We highly recommend Gene's Bed and Breakfast!
20-08-2008, nn Cod. 015 Foro Traiano - Salita del Grillo Probably the most centrally located appartment you can get in Rome, Elegantly and well furnished, very friendly host. About b.-b.rm.it: Excellent website, very fast and clear reactions and directions. An organsition I will certainly recommend to others.
20-08-2008, UK Cod. 067 Campo de' Fiori - Vicolo delle Grotte We returned from our holiday in Italy today, having left Apartment 067 in central Rome a week ago. I would just like to say that we enjoyed it so much. The apartment was just right for us and so central, that it was all that we needed to visit the typical sites of Rome. We were even able to pop back for our Siestas in the hot weather we enjoyed! Our host/owner of the apartment was very helpful to us on arrival too. I will recommend your company to anyone I know going to Rome, based on our very positive experiences. I would also like to thank you Marie for your help before we left, you provided an excellent service. Many thanks.
19-08-2008, Spain A few weeks ago we stayed at apartment Cod. 047 Colosseo- Labicana. Everything was fine from the very beginning, the landlord gave us all the information we needed, he is a really nice guy. Even when we asked for a last minute change in our reservation they were flexible and kind. The appartment is OK, comfortable, quiet and quite well located, we walked almost everywhere and public transport was also available just in front of the house. Nice place to stay in Rome. Thank you. - Luis Noé
11-08-2008, UK Cod. 091 Historic Center - Monti We're just back from Rome and I'd like to thank you for your assistance with the apartment rental. The apartment was delightful - very well equipped, clean, light and airy. Ferdinando made us most welcome and explained everything to us thoroughly. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet at night. It's an easy walk to the Colosseum and there are good food shops for browsing in close by. Thanks again for your assistance - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your organisation to visitors to Rome.
11-08-2008, Castro Valley - CA - USA Cod. 091 Historic Center - Monti Hello - we had a wonderful time in Rome and totally enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was very nice, everything was great - we're sorry we didn't fill out the form beforehand but will get it to you soon.
05-08-2008, Belgium The rooms were very clean and large, above standard. The same thing about the bathrooms. We received very useful information about places to visit, buslines and good restaurants nearby. The host is very warm and friendly, we felt like at home during our stay. We could also use her pc. The building is very close to two metro-entrances and Termini-station. It is situated in a calm safe neighbourhood and traffic noise is under control (good isolation) . The breakfast was very nice with fresh bread from the nearby panetteria ! We highly recommend this B&B!Our thanks to Marlene and Eldix for this excellent stay in Rome.
30-07-2008, New Zealand We recently stayed in the apartment and couldn't fault it - welcomed with a delicious pie on the table, and everything we could have needed was there. Air conditioning and double glazed windows made it a haven from Rome's summer heat and crowds, and it was so close to restaurants, shops, transport etc. Perfect
28-07-2008, New York - USA Just wanted to tell you that the B&B we stayed in in Roma with Lelya B. (? Spelling?) on Sistini street was fantastic! Lelya was a wonderful hostess and the apartment was beautiful. I will definitely recommend it to friends.
22-07-2008, Australia Enjoyed Rome. Apartment, very quiet and clean, walking distance to Colloseum, 50 m. from metro, close to restaurants and shops
21-07-2008, Canberra, Australia Cod. 090 Prati - Cola di Rienzo We recently spent 5 days in Rome during July 2008. We would like to thank the B&B Association of Rome, particularly Ludivine Thoron, who was very helpful in making our bookings so easy. The B&B in Prati was wonderful, it is a great location for young couples, being in a trendy area with great shops and restaurants nearby. It is also a peaceful area, close to major transport and within walking distance (5 to 15 minutes) of Rome's major sights. Our host, Miss Lucrezia, was very helpful with maps and suggestions, she even shared her tips on best local restaurants. The B&B is clean and well presented, secure and comfortable bed. Thanks again!
18-07-2008, Merrimack, NH - USA In September of 2007, my family (two grown sons, wife and I) had the privilege of renting an apartment in the heart of Rome from Marco U. I cannot express how happy we were with the apartment and the personal services provided by Marco. The apartment was clean and fresh with ample amenities. Marco went out of his way every time we needed assistance or simply had a question. Every possible service we could require was documented and posted in the apartment including restaurants (non-tourist), laundry, banking etc. It did not end there. The location was phenomenal. Take a right out the entrance and you were at the coliseum in 2 blocks. All of this at less then the cost of a hotel.
15-07-2008, Halifax, Nova Scotia - Canada Cod. 058 Parco della Musica - Flaminio The Flaminio bed and breakfast was great. The location was close to the tram and bus lines which brought you to the heart of Rome in no time. The host was kind and helpful and we had no problems whatsoever
15-07-2008, Liverpool - UK My partner and I recentley booked a bed and breakfast through yourselves for our stay in Rome during April/May and would just like to thank you for all your help and advice before we left. I found COD 32 to be of excellent standard and the staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming. The room we had was an excellent size, clean and the bathroom spotless. We had a fantastic stay in Rome and I feel this is partly due to your excellent help and adivce on top of the superb accommodation. We will definitely be returning and booking through you again and hope you could pass on our gratitude to the owners of COD 32 as they really were lovely.
10-07-2008, UK A cool and spacious apartment with a fabulous roof terrace (large, private and decked with plants). Being in the San Lorenzo area means that are plenty of bars and hang-outs for both students and faculty, as well as some of the best restaurants in Rome - a very friendly, vibrant, non-touristy neighbourhood. The owner is warm and fluent in English and will be able to help you out with dining recommendations, public transport and so on.
09-07-2008, Albuquerque, USA Cod. 050 Vatican Museum - Cipro Simonetta's B&B has three major advantages: it is very near a metro station and the Vatican, it is in an Italian neighborhood with surprisingly few tourists, and finally the hostess, Simonetta, is vivacious, friendly and helpful. For example, one of her suggestions was a neighborhood restaurant, Falcone, one block away with a nice selection of Italian dishes and a staff that was patient and considerate in helping to describe the various options. It was wonderful to see friends greet each other as they walked by and through the outdoor dining area. A great experience!
08-07-2008, New York - USA Cod. 034 Balduina - Alta Loyola University (B) The apartment is located in a very accessible area of the city - a public bus to the Vatican took only about 10 minutes. The apartment was in a lovely, private, gated complex with a beautiful and lush garden. Our area consisted of a large bedroom, a private bathroom with shower and a small sitting room which opened onto to a large terrace. Coffee and an assortment of bread/cereal etc. were served on a terrace with a view of the city. Mrs. G. is the perfect hostess. She is friendly and cheerful and to our delight, she spoke English. She helped us in many ways without our even asking her. For example, she provided information to us on the bus route and guided us to the train station. She also helped us out with some difficulties we encountered because our luggage did not arrive until a day and a half after we landed in Rome. We will always have fond memories of our trip and Mrs. G.'s B&B is one good reason why.
07-07-2008, Bad Voeslau, Austria My husband and I stayed at Cod. 092 for 3 nights in June. We had a wonderful time in Rome, can't say enough nice things about the hostess at the B & B. She was kind, helpful and informative. Her room is clean, bright and airy. Located in a nice part of Rome and not far from many attractions. We walked everywhere never felling the need to take public transport. Great place for a couple to have a vacation alone without kids or responsibilities. We would go back and recommend the B & B to others.
07-07-2008, Australia We have finally arrived home after a wonderful 6 week holiday in Europe. We would just like to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at Michèl M.'s apartment at Via Marco Aurelio. We found the apartment to be charming and clean and equipped with everything we needed. It is also the best location for getting around Rome thanks to the lovely 117 bus and Michèl's handy notes on how to get around. Everything was as advertised on the website and there were no disappointments. M. was most helpful at all times and we will certainly recommend his apartment to our friends when they travel to Rome. Kind regards,
04-07-2008, Sydney, Australia Hi! I just wanted to write to say how delighted we were with the apartment which we stayed in from 23 to 28 May 2008. Everything went perfectly from the moment of first contact with your organisation and booking, through to the wonderful host contacting us afterwards to say we had left a couple of items, which we arranged to collect. The apartment owners have thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It is one of the best equipped apartments we've ever stayed in. We also loved the feeling of staying in an authentically residential area of "un-tourist" Rome, yet so close to the hubub of more crowded, touristy sites. The gelato shop 3 paces from the apartment is sublime! We would return to this apartment, and wholeheartedly recommend it to others. Thankyou for making our stay in Rome so wonderful.
01-07-2008, Australia Dear B&B Association of Rome
01-07-2008, Reykjavik Iceland As we were to attend a wedding in Via di Valle della Camene this location was just perfect. Hope to do business with you again. Hostess very nice and clear instructions. We just loved the apartment and it was so close to the metro!
A presto,
26-06-2008, Minneapolis - USA Greetings! I wanted to pass along my comments on the lovely Sistina Barberini B&B.; I had the pleasure of staying in Bedroom 1 for two nights in May 2008. I would definitely recommend this B&B to other travelers! First, the price was very reasonable. We paid 140 € for three people, a bargain compared to other accomodations in Rome, especially during the busy tourist season. Second, the location was fantastic. The B&B is about a two block walk from the subway station, which was great for our travels to Termini Station and the Vatican. The Spanish Steps are a few blocks away, the Trevi Fountain is definitely within walking distance. We also walked to the Colesseum, Palentine Hill, Roman Forum, "Wedding Cake" building, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona from the B&B. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and even a little market within a very short walking distance from the B&B. We were first time vistitors to Rome, and this location was perfect for seeing all the usual tourist stops. Third, the accomodations were very pleasant! The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. We were impressed by the cosmopolitan décor! Bedroom 1 had a very comfortable bed for two, and a pull-out bed for 1-2 as well. Bathroom was small, but we soon learned that is very common in Italy! We received fresh towels in the morning, which is not necessarily a given at European B&Bs. The street was somewhat noisy, but after two jam-packed days of sight-seeing, we had no difficulty falling asleep. Lastly, the proprietor, Leyla B., was very welcoming and pleasant indeed! Although she spoke no English, we were able to communicate in broken Italian. She welcomed us with drinks upon arrival and served us breakfast each morning. Breakfast consisted of pastries, bread, yogurt, juice, and choice of coffee/cappuccino. We had our own set of keys that granted us access to the building, elevator, B&B, and our room. Although we had to adhere to the check-out time, Leyla was happy to let us to store our luggage in her lobby area until we were ready to depart for our next destination. Overall, we were all very pleased with the Sistina Barberini. It was a great way to start our tour of Italy! I would definiltey recommend this B&B to anyone looking for very nice, clean, reasonable accomodations at a great location. If I am lucky enough to return to Rome, I will stay at Sistina Barberini again! Thanks, Sistina Barberini!
26-06-2008, NM - USA A charming and spotless apartment near bus stop, subway (metro) stop and Coliseum. Has cafe, grocery + restaurants nearby - very helpful hostess who speaks English. Was very helpful to first-time Rome visitors.
26-06-2008, Oregon, USA The room was very nice. You were so helpful in making sure our needs were met. We will recommend you to others traveling to Rome. Arrivederci, Grazie.
19-06-2008, Copenhagen - Denmark Cod. 094 Testaccio - Lungotevere We were very satisfied with the room in Testaccio. It was clean, the bed was good and it was easy to find our way to sites of our interest. This is of cause also due to the good help from Mauricio who took his time to recommend routes, sites, restaurants, buses etc. We did a lot of walking as this is our favorite way of experiencing a new town and as the B&B is in a reasonable walking distance from most sites. We only had 3 full days in Rome but his good advice helped us getting the best of it. We will be back in Rome to see what we did not get to see and to see again all the interesting places in easy reach from this good B&B.
17-06-2008, Seattle This is Paul Larpenteur who stayed in Via F. and our hostess was I. Marisa. She was very nice and we were very happy to see here when we finally arrived at the apartment. We loved our time there in Rome and had such an amazing time there. We loved the apartment, it was very cute and nice. Thank you and please also send our thanks to Marisa.
09-06-2008, Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire - UK Hello,
09-06-2008, Moscow-Warsaw Cod. 117 Piccolomini - Vaticano I am writing to thank the B&B Assoc. of Rome and Livia, (our wonderful host), for a fantastic and memorable experience in Rome this Easter. We had never used B&B before but we are now firm converts. Livia made us feel instantly at home and we had our own cozy studio with garden. She provided us with orientation for everything from bus tickets to local shops and take away food. Our best dining experiences were a carefully prepared list by our gracious host with detailed price and setting guide. Monika and me say "grazie mille" with whole hearted recommendation for true Roman hospitality!
04-06-2008, Silver Springs, maryland, usa Cod. 080 Saint Peter - Station We loved staying at Gene's B&B. He was an excellent host - available, helpful suggestions (restaurants, bus routes etc), helpful with reservations (for limo to and from airport, same price as taxi, and for Borghese Galleria) The room with terrace, great view of St Peter's dome, was great (bed very comfortable) and bathroom was excellent (our best in Italy this trip. We loved Gene's two cats Wolfie and Tiger who were as warm and gracious as our host, Gene. This was also a great location for walking to the St Peter's, centro storico as well as close to bus routes and metro (about 15 min walk) We definitely would come back!! Extra bonus, the Goose ristorante right around the corner -- cheap, friendly, great food - we did take our last evening and ate on our terrace with our view of the dome. Perfecto! bella!!!!
04-06-2008, UK Cod. 060 Monteverde Vecchio - Pamphili Greetings!
03-06-2008, Germany Cod. 080 Saint Peter - Station Personally, I had one of the most fabulous times of my life in Rome, and a good part of that can be attributed to Gene. He is a delightful individual with a wide range of interests and a gifted conversationalist. I'm typically someone who dreads the typical "breakfast" part of the "B&B" dyad, but I was in awe of the lengths Gene went to in order to prepare a healthy and substantial morning meal for my wife and myself. Gene will always be indelibly etched in our memories of the Eternal City. If we ever return, he's the first one we plan to contact. My wife and I are both thankful that she came across your on-line listing. My next step will be to click on the links you provided and testify once again.
03-06-2008, St. Paul, Minnesota USA Cod. 090 Prati - Cola di Rienzo My wife & I stayed in the Cod. 090 Prati- Cola di Rienzo B-B May 26-27, 2008. It was a pleasant respite from the crowds & noise of Rome, having a good view & ventilation on the fifth floor. The 2-room unit was spacious, neat & clean; we slept well! Entry was easy & secure in a nice neighborhood. Miss Lucrezia is a gracious host who served an ample breakfast in an adjacent dining/living room. She provided a good map of the area & told us how to get around, where to eat nearby, etc. Fluent in English with an easy smile. The location is great for popular tourist sites & bus/metro transportation. We would stay longer & definitely encourage others to be guests here.
30-05-2008, Illinois Cod. 050 Vatican Museum - Cipro The May’s have arrived home safely after a wonderful visit to Roma and to the southern portion of Italy. Your country is beautiful and we find the people are as well. You must know that you helped make our trip most enjoyable. We wish you the best for the summer season. If you ever have an opportunity to visit Chicago, please let us know and we will do what we can to make your visit as enjoyable as ours.
29-05-2008, Toronto - Canada My husband and i enjoyed our first trip to italy, it will not be ourlast. it was perfect having the apartment just steps away from the beautiful market, every morning we would go have lovely cappuccino and fresh pastries, while watching the world go slowly pass. thank you to everyone.
28-05-2008, nn Cod. 006 Villa Pamphili - Piccolomini My favorite words in Italian: "con ascensore", which is what I found when I stayed at cod. 6 for 4 nights, in May. Having just come from Siena, where I climbed 77 steep steps to my room, this was bliss! My room was comfortable, clean and well appointed, with a very modern bathroom and good quality towels. It is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to St Peter's, while there are also convenient bus connections to the centre . The host is most professional and obliging and presents a good variety of food for breakfast. There is a coffee maker available for caffeine hits during the day, also. ... My host allowed me to leave my luggage at his place on the last day, and arranged a car for my late evening flight back to Australia. Oh, and his little dog is a delight, no nuisance at all, but will accept a pat, if you want to give her one!
27-05-2008, Victoria - Australia Cod. 010 Center - Spanish steps Our stay in Rome was very nice. Accommodation and hostess, were very comfortable and helpful.
27-05-2008, Karlstad, Sverige Tack för ett trevligt bemötande och bra information
26-05-2008, Düsseldorf - Germany Cod. 006 Villa Pamphili - Piccolomini Hallo,
23-05-2008, London - UK A very nice apartment in a very nice location - we had a very comfortable stay
19-05-2008, California - USA Our stay at the Apartment was absolutely wonderful. Everything in the apartment was perfect including a very comfortable bed which is definitely critical after longs days of touring. Our host, Carla, was so warm and helpful giving us all the details of the apartment so we could really relax and feel at home. Having a washer in the apartment was also wonderful since we had been traveling for three weeks. The apartment was so nicely decorated with lots of natural light during the day, modern and spacious bath area, comfortable living room and intimate kitchen. I totally felt like I actually lived in Rome and was not a visitor. The home made cake and fruit was also greatly appreciated. Thanks C. for your hospitality. Staying at this apartment was one of the highlights of our trip. We most definitely will recommend the apartment and the service to our friends and others if we hear of someone traveling to Rome.
15-05-2008, France Cod. 091 Historic Center - Monti We spent an excellent long weekend in Rome and the fact of having a light, spacious, well equipped flat to return to whenever we wanted was important. The flat itself has good quality basics, is quiet but very well placed both for restaurants and tourist sights but what made the difference for us was that the owners made available the very simple things (salt, butter, oil, coffee...) that meant that we did not have to rush around hunting for the essentials the moment we arrived but could relax.
15-05-2008, St. Louis - Missouri I wanted to let you know that my wife and I had a wonderful stay with Ana E. Her place is beautiful and very clean. The breakfasts were also nice. Mrs. Ana is also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend her B&B to anyone going to Rome.
14-05-2008, UK I just wanted to say that I have just had the most fantastic time staying at Mrs Carla's appartment in Trastevere. The description was accurate on your web site and the appartment itself was very clean and comfortable and the information given to us by Carla on our arrival was so helpful. It was such a great touch with the cake and plate of fresh fruit on arrival and really did make us feel very welcome. The location of the appartment was fabulous, near enough for walking to all of the sites, very safe both by day and night, but quiet enough for the evening with the most fabulous restaurants and not too touristy!! The only thing we thought might be most helpful was if the description advised that towels and a hairdryer were provided as it would have prevented me from taking them as I did not know they would be there already. We are very happy with the service that both yourselves and Mrs Carla gave us and are already planning our return trip!!
12-05-2008, Saint Petersburg - Russia This B&B is a wonderful room, ideally located who wants to enjoy Rome. It is in a quiet quarter of the city with easy and quick access to all Rome attractions. The hostess was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and gave us lots of useful advice. We will definitely stay in this B&B again if we come to Rome.
12-05-2008, USA We really enjoyed our stay at apt.025 colosseo. The location could not have been better and the owner was extremely helpful. Bus schedules, cafe's and maps of the area were all readily available. We especially enjoyed the large airy windows and french doors leading to a little outside area where you can dry your washed clothes. The windows let in lots of light and the view of a green backyard gave a country feel to this cozy apartment in the heart of Rome!
08-05-2008, Edinburgh, UK We visited this accomodation in April 2008 and stayed for 3 nights. Although it is not right in the centre of Rome, it is within 10 - 15 mins of the local atttractions and in a great location with Trastevere. There's lots of restaurants and cafe's just around the corner or within walking distance. It's a great base to explore anything and also far enough away for it to be quiet enough for sleeping. It's a lovely apartment, very clean, nice comfy bed, fully equipt kitchen and everything is there that you need. The only critism I would have is it's not suitable for small children as there is steps up to the kitchen and steps down to the bedroom but great for a couple or a couple with an older child. The owner is extremely helpful and even made us a beautiful cake for our arrival. Anything we needed to know she was keen to help. I would definately stay in this accomodation again if I was to return to Rome and I would definately recommend it to anyone planning to go to Rome. Great find!
30-04-2008, Tampa - USA Cod. 006 Villa Pamphili - Piccolomini I really enjoyed my stay at cod. 06. The location is perfect for enjoying Rome. With a short walk to the Vatican and St. Peter’s and an even shorter walk to the bus station for the short trip to the Roman Forum, it was ideal. Not only was I able to conveniently visit the historical and cultural sites that Rome is famous for, I was able to enjoy a wonderful Roman neighborhood of shops, restaurants and friendly people. I am so glad that I chose to stay at this bed and breakfast instead of a hotel. The host hospitality beginning with arranging for a car at the airport, greeting me at his home, answering my many questions and providing the wonderful breakfasts, was extraordinary. I had a great time and cannot wait for another visit. Thank you for making my visit to Rome so wonderful. Ciao!
30-04-2008, Utrecht - The Netherlands Cod. 067 Campo de' Fiori - Vicolo delle Grotte Appartment was located in the middle of the city but still very quietly. Very nice and with enough space. For 2 couples it is very nice. However there is space for another person. There are also 2 bathroom facilities , 2 toilets and a kitchen. It's quite O.K ! We enjoyed our staying.
29-04-2008, Sheffield - UK The accommodation was perfectly located and Paola was so helpful. She even organised our taxi to return to the airport. The room was kept beautifully clean, the breakfasts were adequate and the location ideal. We also felt very secure and didn't worry about our possessions at all whilst we were there - 2 locked doors and 2 locked gates. The room is peaceful and quiet and so close to the Colesseum - we went there for morning coffee almost every day. There is also a lovely small fountain with a bar very close by and plenty of places to eat which are relatively inexpensive. Thank you
28-04-2008, Atherton, Queensland, Australia I just wanted to comment on my recent stay at Via Ostiense Roma. I had booked this some time ago, and the reasons for choosing this location were based mainly on the comments from people who had stayed there. All stated how helpful, concerned and friendly the hosts were. This certainly proved to be correct. Without being intrusive, they ensured that we were alright, didn't need anything, offered suggestions about areas to visit. Thumbs up to them, they are well suited to this part of their life! The apartment itself was wonderful, with room for 3 individuals to have private space when we wanted that. It is well equipped and comfortable, and absolutely spotless. We were given 2 sets of keys; again a benefit, as we could come and go alone, if we wished to, without worrying about the others. The location is convenient, very close to the Metro, train and buses. We did walk a lot, but it was nice to hop on the Metro to go to our furthest point, and walk from there. So, full marks for: value for money, cleanliness, location, equipment and mostly, for the personalities of the hosts. Would I recommend it to friends? Of course.
24-04-2008, Melbourne, Australia Cod. 015 Foro Traiano - Salita del Grillo Thank you for assisting us with booking of 015 Foro Traiano - Salita del Grillo. The location was excellent and importantly the reality matched the pictures and description provided.

The apartment is situated so close to the Vatican its a great spot, there were plenty of guide books and maps and the place was very clean and tidy.it rearly felt like a little home from home, thanks a lot Mrs P., hope to see you again one day soon.if you get the chance Go and eat at Dino and Tony which is quite near by its true Italian ! Ciao ! |
16-04-2008, Pierz, USA Cod. 044 Ippolito Nievo - Trastevere The B&B Cod. 044 Trastevere run by Diana V. was wonderful. Diana is very gracious and we found the accommodations to be very clean and with a superior taste to quality and elegance. Diana was very gracious to my daughter and myself. The location was wonderful for day trips to the Colloseum and the Vatican. Thank you
16-04-2008, Germany We are back, it was really too short, there is so much to see in Rome! Virginia M. really gave us a warm welcome in Rome. She is a very nice and helpful person and we really felt at ease with her. Her B & B is a really nice accomodation and can be recommended. Thank you for arranging it.
16-04-2008, UK I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay in Michèl's apartment near the Colosseum. It was great to be within walking distance of all the main sights of Rome and lovely to come back to our "own place" when the weather turned bad over Easter. We could come and go when we pleased and explored the local area, which had its own good restaurants, bar, supermarket and ice cream shop (very close by the flat). I would - in fact I have already - recommend it to my friends, regards
10-04-2008, Madrid, Spain Cod. 031 Stazione Trastevere (B) I'm sending this e-mail to tell you that my family and I are very satisfied with the appartment you choose for us in Trastevere from 15 to 19 March. It was very clean and confortable and also well comunicated with city center. The neighborhood was quiet, so we could rest properly after waking the whole day. Please transmit our satisfaction to Danila and don't hesitate to upload this oppinion in your web for future hosts.
10-04-2008, Dublin - Ireland Cod. 125 Manzoni - San Giovanni We totally enjoyed our stay in the apartment and were more than greatful for the heating system so we could dry our clothes on fri nite, saturday afternoon and sunday morning. We have never experienced such rain and had to stay out in it. We were sorry we didn't have an opportunity to use the garden to eat in but hopefully we will return to Rome sometime. Because we were tied for time it was great that we didnt have to shop for all the small thjngs which were thankfully in the flat, salt sugar oil etc. Not something normally found in a rental. Again a nice touch. We had originally book the same hotel we had stayed in when we first arrived in Rome and were more than pleased to find a flat which gave us heaps more room at approx the same money. I can safely say that we would have no hesitation in recommending this flat to anybody going to Rome. - Bill & Chris Trehy
08-04-2008, USA Cod. 075 Prati-Piazza Risorgimento (1) We were very pleased with the apartment. It was very clean and very quiet at night, which was important to us. The location was convenient, so close to the Vatican and a nice shopping area, and the pamphlets the hostess had in the hall were very helpful. And the hostess was so helpful to us. Thank her again for allowing the airline to deliver our luggage to her apartment. I can't think of any suggestions to make it better, and I will certainly (...) highly recommend the apartment. Cheers,
03-04-2008, Neuchatel, Switzerland Cod. 008 Balduina Alta - Loyola University (A) I have had an on going love affair with Italy for the past 40 years. I have also lived in Rome for five years; my knowledge of the city is quite extensive. Take my advice; choose this charming B&B; you will not be sorry. The hostess is a very charming person who speaks English and French quite well and knows a lot about the city. This is a very clean and beautiful B&B. You can not go wrong by choosing this HIGH CLASS B&B.
03-04-2008, Jamison, Pennsylvania, USA We stayed at this apartment from 20 March through 26 March 2008 during our recent trip to visit our daughter who is studying in Rome. What a wonderful time we had! The location of the apartment was great, very close to many of the magnificent sights of the city and many restaurants. Many were within walking distance and the others were easily accessed via bus from outside our front door. Our host, Mr. Marco U., was such a great help to our family, he speaks excellent English and made us feel very welcome from the first day of our arrival. There were six of us that stayed at the apartment and he arranged for our transportation to and from the airport. He pointed-out many of the sites on the map in our apartment the first day, as well as the location of the local grocery store and was always ready to help us with any questions we had. Mr. Marco even gave us his cell phone number if we needed anything from him during our stay. The apartment was so nicely furnished, neat, clean and very comfortable. Mr. Marco was especially helpful in his suggestions of places to dine in the city. He arranged for our celebration dinner on our last night at the fabulous La Carbonara restaurant where we celebrated birthdays for our daughter and son as well as the marriage proposal of our oldest daughter. Mr. Marco even helped us order the cake. Rome will always hold a special place in our heart. Thank you so much for making memories we will always cherish. We will recommend this apartment to our friends and will stay there again during our next trip to Rome.
31-03-2008, Denmark Cod. 028 Coppede' - Tagliamento We really had a successfull week in Rome living at Cod. 028 Coppede. A kind and helpfull host, clean and tidy room and bath/shower and located convenient for tourists. Fine breakfast - all you needed. Easy to get around in the area and close to the bus and tram - few minuts to central Rome. Close to park and dinner places. We will really recommend this place for other tourists. Thank your for a lovely week at your place. Thank you for all your help and assistance. We had a lovely and sunny Saturday - we went to Priscilla Catacombe and later to the other one Callisto Catacombe - very interesting and a successfull tour by using your print from the InterNet - thanks again. Especially the last one, because the guide was very informative and funny in his way of speeking (Indian fellow I guess). We have now 3 hours video tape we can enjoy together. For your information and coming guest...the Sunday morning taxi tour to Leonardo de Vinci costs € 47. (Good idea with suitcases and all). We recommend this to others.
31-03-2008, Malta Cod. 046 Aurelio - Piazza Irnerio My wife and I wish to say thanks to you and to our host for making our stay in Rome an unforgettable one. The apartment (code 046) in Piazza Irnerio was very comfortable clean and a good breakfast the place is accessible to banks, grocery, restaurants, metro etc. Thanks again to our host, Marcello who also speaks English he made us feel at home from day one by his friendliness and very helpful tips. We would recommend this accommodation without reservation and be happy to stay in this apartment again. - Joe
26-03-2008, The Netherlands Cod. 051 Santa Maria Maggiore - S. Prassede Last month, we (2) stayed in apartment 051 for the second time, and we were again very satisfied with it. It felt like our ‘home in Rome’. It is so quiet that you really get a good night's sleep. It is very spacious which is very pleasant too. When you stay in a hotel, you just have the one room and you have to do everything sitting on the edge of your bed. This is so much better. The kitchen and bathroom, although they are not recently fitted, are clean and functional. And of course we knew from the previous visit that the Esquiline is a very pleasant area to stay in. This time again, the owners were very hospitable and helpful. They treated us to a taxi from Fiumicino to the apartment upon our arrival, which was quite an experience! Our hosts were waiting for us in the street when we arrived and helped with our luggage, and when we came in the apartment, they had put a bowl of fresh oranges ready for us. On our last day we could leave our luggage in the apartment until we had to leave for Fiumicino, just as the last time. They really made us feel welcome again. If and when we are able to visit Rome again, we will certainly consider staying in Cod. 051 again.
25-03-2008, Kentucky USA Cod. 050 Vatican Museum - Cipro What a complete pleasure! Ms. Simonetta could not have been more helpful or pleasant - from meeting us at the door upon our arrival and excellent tips throughout our stay, she is a one-of-a-kind PR agent for Roma. We felt like visiting family instead of paying guests, she is warm and friendly and more than accomodating. We can not imagine staying anywhere else! For anyone else who stays there - the little bakery around the corner is fabulous, we went there nearly everyday. And Falcone (Simonetta's suggestion) is a wonderful, low-cost, nearby restaurant, we went there 3 times! Bellisimo!
25-03-2008, San Jose - USA Cod. 006 Villa Pamphili - Piccolomini Stop looking for another B&B! This is the one you want! The accomodations are beautiful, the host extraordinarily hospitable and the breakfast scrumptious. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Rome in this beautiful B&B, located just southeast of St. Peter's square. I hated to leave this B&B, as the host was so warm, friendly and helpful. Schedule permitting. I will be back again!
25-03-2008, Kent - UK I just wanted to let you know that we loved the apartment, it's was much more luxurious than we'd expected with a very modern kitchen, gorgeous bathroom with 2 shower heads and a fully mirrored wall in the bedroom and bathroom which made it a little extra special. The area was lovely and quiet and in a perfect spot to explore the city. The landlord was also incredibly friendly and helpful.
24-03-2008, France Hello
17-03-2008, Dublin - Ireland Good morning Marie,
11-03-2008, NY - USA Cod. 085 Testaccio - Porta Portese Just wanted to say thank you for all your assistance with our recent stay at the apartment in Testaccio. It was just as we had hoped it to be. Great neighborhood and location and Sr Maurizio C. was a great help. We would definitely stay there again.
10-03-2008, Le Hague - Netherlands I would recommend this appartment to everyone. - Steven Plokker
10-03-2008, Hertfordshire, England We had a very pleasant stay in the spacious Via Ostiense apartment and felt very welcomed. The hostess was very approachable, always available and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She even helped us with directions to Abruzzo (3hrs from Rome) before we were due to come to the apartment. The apartment is situated 5mins from the Piramide metro and train station and is also convenient for the 23 bus across the road (the #23 takes you to the Vatican along the River Tiber route). There is also a taxi rank opposite the station, which for us was very useful to get back to the airport. The fixed price for the trip to Ciampino airport is 30 Euros from inside the city walls, but as the apartment lies just outside, you pay the meter rate (we paid 25 Euros to Ciampino). It is close to a supermarket, bakery, good restaurants, a genuine gelateria, a grocery store, pharmacy and banks, so anything you could possibly need is close at hand. It is also very easy to get to all the tourist sites, but lies in an area which retains a local feel. We also felt quite safe walking around at night. Finally, we would like to say that we were very satisfied with the friendly and efficient service from the Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome. We shall be recommending this apartment to friends and family.
07-03-2008, Espana Cod. 077 Esquilino - Vittorio Emanuele This is the second time we visit Rome (and as the saying goes it's always lovelier the second time around) and rented this apartment near the Termini Station because we would take the train next day to Venice. The building is on a wide main street and next to a subway station and although the apartment is on a 3rd floor, the bldg has an elevator. It is fully furnished and the friendly owner, Ms. Cristina, provided us with more than enough towels and bed linen. She even gave us 2 maps to show the orientation of her apartment which is very clean and beautifully decorated combining rustic furniture with modern ones and framed prints hanged all over. Very chic (elegant). The bed & sofa bed comfortable & the heating adequate. If the opportunity arises, we would certainly like to rent the same apartment next time we visit Rome. Thanks once again to BB Rome whose service is always very efficient and friendly.
05-03-2008, London, England Dear B&B Rome
20-02-2008, USA We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome and partly because the B&B could not have been much better. The apartment was centrally located, so we never took a cab or bus except to and from the airport, about 50 Euros each way. We were only a few short blocks from St. Peters Basilica and within walking distance to other points of interest. Our hostess, Maria Cristina, made us feel at home from the moment we walked into the apartment. Although small, the apartment is very nicely decorated and our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and there was lots of hot water. The bedroom faced a courtyard, so there was no street noise and no noise at all from neighbors. A nice breakfast was served each morning to start our day. I would strongly recommend staying at this B&B. - Josh and Pam Rubin
18-02-2008, Ireland I would like to express my thanks for the marvellous apartment (Cod. 139) that you got for us. It was excellent and perfect for our needs. Could you pass on our thanks to Mrs M. and Mrs M. - we are already spreading the word here and will recommend your apartments to people here in Ireland. Thanks again and look forward to dealing with you again in the near future. Regards - Ciarán Stewart
05-02-2008, Canada Cod. 080 Saint Peter - Station My girl friend and I went to Rome in late October 2007. From the moment we arrived the chilly feeling you get when you arrive at a hotel room was not present. We felt like we were staying at a friends place right off the bat. E. just has a way of doing that. Conversation was always flowing so when we were there we didn't feel to be in a rush to get anywhere. The appartment is clean and very nicely decorated. Our favorite part each day was breakfast. We woke up each morning to freshly brewed coffee, pineapple and wonderful breads. From there it is only 10 minutes walk to St. Peter's Cathedral and with E.'s help each day we didn't feel any stress understanding how to get around, he took the time to ensure we knew where and when to go, what to look for, recommendations for restaurants, you name it, E.'s help was better than any hotel concierge we have ever met! :)... we loved every detail and when we go back to Rome we will go to E.'s and if anyone I know is going, I will recommend them to go there as well. We loved our trip to the big city of Rome, it is a cherished memory forever because Rome didn't feel foreign, we felt at home the entire time. Thanks Eugene, we will see you again.
28-01-2008, USA My wife and I stayed for one week in apt. 025 (Colosseo) earlier in January. We want other people to know that the apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent -- a short walk from the Colisseum and metro, with buses to many important sites just down the block. The owner speaks good English and was very helpful. We would be happy to stay in the apartment again.
23-01-2008, Finland Cod. 008 Balduina Alta - Loyola University (A) We spend a week in Rome and decided to try B&B for our accommodation instead of the usual hotel room, and we are glad to have done so. The information of the accommodations at the web pages of B&B association is reliable and booking is quite easy. We enjoyed the combination of homely atmosphere and the sense of privacy in our lodging. The apartment was very well tended, the surroundings were pleasant and the city centre was easily reached by frequently running buses. We also found a lively neighbourhood restaurant nearby. Our days started off on the right foot with a hearty breakfast served by our hostess, a well-humoured lady who gave us all the information we imagined to ask her. She provided us with maps of Rome and made some bookings for us before our arrival. Overall, Mrs. B. took very good care of her guests and her dear Sofia.
16-01-2008, New York - USA Our host and hostess acclimated us to the apartment and to the area, which was very comforting and welcoming! The apartment is accessible to bus, metro and restaurants/shops/banks. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! Grazie and arrivederci!
09-01-2008, Leienkaul - Germany We had a realy pleasant stay in Cristina B&B and did enjoy it. A nice, clean and quiet place from where you can easily reach the attractions of Rome by foot or bus. Cristina the manger ist beautiful, friendly and helpful. We can recommand that place to everybody!!
08-01-2008, Australia Cod. 019 Domus Aurea - S. Martino ai Monti Excellent location. We were within 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum, the Forum and the Termini. The supermarket is very close too, as well as some good local food stores and a well priced restaurant. Being close to Santa Maria Maggiore means a tourist information centre is 2 minutes away, as well as plenty of buses. Our host was so welcoming and informative and the apartment easily accommodated the five of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rome and being so central made it easy to get around.
11-12-2007, Espana Cod. 074 Trastevere - Porta Portese Great hosts! They are so kind and A. cooks a great marmelades and cakes. They have been so kind in every moment we need them. If we come back to Rome we will try to book again this hosts, thank you!
- Elisabeth Norman & Jappe Ohlander
05-12-2007, Deutschland Very nice and helpful lady and a neat and confortable room; We would defenitly come again!
27-11-2007, USA Cod. 014 Prati - Piazza Cavour Dear B&B Association of Rome:
23-11-2007, Spain Cod. 049 Historic Center - Jewish Ghetto We stayed there earlier this month. And I just want to say that we reallly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is spacious with ample kitchen, dining room and 2 bathrooms (3 toilets) and can really accommodate up to seven people comfortably well, although we were only 3 adults so for us there was plenty of space. And the location is such that it is centrally located to every important touristic monument of Rome. And all just walking distance. Also to mention that just beside is a pizzeria in Largo Argentina which was very reasonably priced and always plenty of clients so we can presume they could be serving the best pizza in Rome. The owner, P., was also very friendly and helpful in whatever touristic question we posed, like the telephone number to call for the taxi to go back to Fiumicino airport. In all, we really had a great time in Rome. Being our first time in Rome, it was really memorable. Thanks to your Bed & Breakfast Apt. accommodation and the very efficient service in processing the apartment. We will certainly go back to Rome soon and will like to stay in your BB apartments always. - Monico Noprada
20-11-2007, Sydney - Australia Cod. 048 Prati- Piazzale Clodio Our last stop on our European holiday was Rome and what a way to finish the trip. We had such a great time with S. at her B&B. She was such a great host. Even though we did not speak a lot of Italian we learnt more from just trying to speak with her. She recommended where to go, her homemade Jam is the best. She made our stay in MAGICA ROMA!!! She is such a welcoming person and has a lovely home, we wish we could have stayed longer.
16-11-2007, Guelph, Ontario, Canada Cod. 044 Ippolito Nievo - Trastevere Just spent 1 week at Cod. 044 Trastevere and were very pleased. Lovely quiet room with a small balconey facing several palm trees! Large, clean modern bathroom, good bed, and very kind hostess. Would definitely recommend to others. We had a wonderful trip, and I also hope that I will visit Rome again! I found everyone very kind and helpful, and I was surprised at how many Italians speak very good English, which made travelling there very stress-free....
12-11-2007, Québec, Canada Cod. 090 Prati - Cola di Rienzo Just wanted to tell you that we had a beautiful time at the B&B in Prati with Miss Lucrezia C., our hostess. She was so nice and lovely, always helping and giving us information. The accomodation were fantastic., with a beautiful view from the breaskfast. Everything was perfect. Like I am sure you know, when you are travelling, every details is important, and our stay was so nice, it was a big part of having a beautiful holiday. Thanks for finding such a nice place. Please, could you forward our appreciation to Miss C. - Johanne et Harold Birkett
Sehr empfehlenswert! - Gabriela Reuster
06-11-2007, Yverdon-les-Bains Thanks a lot for the apartment Pantheon. The organisation worked very well. We had a great time in Rome, the apartment was very pleasant and quiet and the location is great. Well I'll recommend your services to every body, and especially this appartment....
06-11-2007, Netherlands I would like the B&B-organisation of Rome, but especially you, for our very agreable stay in the appartments in the Pantheon last week, Code 003. The appartment was quiet and convenient and the owner was very hospitable. We have been to Rome several times, but never hired an appartment. So this was our first time, but it will surely not be the last.
05-11-2007, Netherlands Cod. 127 Navona - Governo Vecchio As we visited Rome for the 9th time, we consider ourselves specialists. Nevertheless, we were flabbergasted by everything concerning this appartment. It is situated in the hart of the citycentre in an ancient area with trendy business and fun places, in a beautiful palazzo, well equipped and furnished, spacious, congenial, stylish without being over the top, very clean (one of my fellow travellers is allergic, the other a nosophobic...), well off for towels, and even the fridge contained a fresh drink. Signore P. was very kind, informative and the best English-speaking Roman I’ve ever met. I felt at home from the first second on and would recommend this appartment convincingly. - Frederike Mastenbroek
