This elegantly decorated vacation rental, very near St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum, is on the 3rd floor of a 1960s elevator building. Although close to the Vatican this is a quiet, residential area.
A lovely vestibule is the interior entry into this beautifully remodeled apartment. Adjacent to this area is a built-in, well furnished mini-kitchen with ceramic stove top units, a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and an iron.
The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, a table & chairs, a TV and a DVD player.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (not dividable) and the second with joinable twin beds. Both rooms have large windows which open onto a narrow terrace.
There are 2 bathrooms one of which is an ensuite in one bedroom and the other bathroom is outside the bedrooms. Both have a stall shower, hair dryer and a gas hot water unit.
A baby cot is available for those who have a need.
An Internet connection and Wi Fi is available for those traveling with their own Computer.
The Metro Stop "Valle Aurelia" of Line A is about one half mile walk away. This subway connects St. Peter's, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Termini Station (where there are trains to and from Fiumicino airport) and the Anagnina subway stop (where there are buses to and from Ciampino airport).
Supermarkets, restaurants and all types of shops are found within a half mile radius of the apartment.
A 10 minute walk from the building places you into the famous Bernini Colonnade where the world of St. Peter’s begins.
