This B & B, located in the Flaminio district of Rome, is only 500 mt (1600 ft/1/3 of a mile) from the Palazzetto dello Sport, the Flaminio Stadium and the new Renzo Piano designed Auditorium, Parco della Musica, Rome‘s Concert hall and home of the Roma Cinema Festival in October. Just across the Tiber sits the Olympic Stadium of Rome. The unit is in an apartment on the first floor of a 1900’s style apartment condominium with an elevator. The entrance area to the building has a large courtyard with a fountain and a garden. The apartment faces the courtyard which makes it very bright and quiet. The guest room has a very large window, period style caned furniture, a queen size bed (not dividable) and an ensuite bathroom with a stall shower. There is also a flat screen TV and a fan. Breakfast will be served in the living/dining room area or, if requested, directly in the guests' room by the gracious hostess. The heating and hot water is automatic. Although this flat is not in the historical center the area easily connects to the center of Rome. There is the nearby Tram No. 2 on which it is just a 15 minute ride to Piazzale Flaminio and the Pza del Popolo, one of the most famous piazzas in Rome with its Renaissance gate and twin churches designed by Bernini. From there it is an easy 10-15 minute walk along the Via del Corso or a short ride on the electric bus No. 119 to many of Rome's most historic sights such as the Fountain of Trevi, the Spanish Steps, the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Campo dei’ Fiori. There are also Subway Stops at Piazzale Flaminio and the Spanish Steps which connect with other sections of Rome. Bus Number 911, which passes the Parco della Musica Auditorium, goes directly to Rome's central railway station. This B & B is perfectly located for those who want to attend events at the Parco della Musica such as the Cinema Festival of Rome or who want to attend sporting events.

From this B&B:
- the Auditorium Parco della Musica is 700 mt. away
- Piazza del Popolo is 2,4 km. away
- The Galleria Borghese is 3,4 km away
