This B & B is located within a residential condo development in a large private park a few miles northwest of downtown Rome. Here it is possible to enjoy the cooler nights found on one of Rome's hills overlooking the city and little of the noise and rush of Rome’s street traffic. Guests are treated to a very quiet and bright suite consisting of a bedroom, living room, private terrace and private bathroom. The apartment is furnished with antique furniture, parquet floors, and Persian rugs. The bedroom has a queen size bed (dividable into twins), plenty of closet space and a large window that looks out into the garden. The living room has a sofa and a dining table where breakfast will be served in the winter season. In the warm seasons it will be served on the terrace. The private bathroom has a stall shower.
A train line in this area makes it easy and quick to get to downtown Rome and to St. Peters and Trastevere. In addition, Bus 990 and bus 913 goes to Piazza Cavour and via del Corso in central Rome in 20 minutes.
This B & B is located in the same condo development as Code 008 (Balduina Alta Loyola University) so that groups of 6 or 7 people can be accommodated between the 2 apartments. No smoking in the apartment, please.
