This B&B accommodation, located on the mezzanine floor of a condominium building, is one block from the Cipro Vatican Museums stop on Subway Line A in Rome. The B&B has three air conditioned bedrooms: one has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stall shower; the second is a single room and shares a bathroom in the hall outside the room with the host family; the third has a queen size bed and a single sofa bed with a private bathroom in the corridor outside the room. The hospitable hostess speaks fluent English and French and promises to send you off on your daily sightseeing with an abundant breakfast in a lovely dining room. All the rooms have a cable TV, an hair dryer and an Internet Wi Fi connection and there is a CD/I Pod player available in the unit for guests use. Guests may also use the kitchen refrigerator and prepare tea and coffee in the kitchen at their convenience. The B&B is within walking distance to the Vatican from which point other major historical sights such as Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps are just minutes away on foot. The Spanish Steps are also just 3 stops away from the Cipro Subway station which is one block from the guesthouse. The hostess will be happy to provide guests with information and assistance to help assure them a very pleasant visit in Rome. Please.....no children under 4 and no smoking. Air conditioning is available for an extra 5 Euros per day to be paid to the owner.
